Refund and Cancellation Policy

Clear information about subscription refunds, renewals, cancellations, and event pack credits.

Last updated: November 6, 2026

Initial subscription purchases

You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial paid subscription purchase. Requests are reviewed individually. This policy does not limit consumer rights that apply under law.

We will investigate duplicate charges, erroneous billing, and transactions reported as unauthorized, and resolve them appropriately. Paddle is our Merchant of Record and processes paid transactions; refund requests may be reviewed or processed with Paddle under the applicable checkout and transaction arrangements.

Subscription renewals

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once the new billing period begins. Exceptions may be made for duplicate billing, billing errors, unauthorized transactions, or where required by applicable law.

Canceling a subscription

You can cancel at any time in your workspace under Settings → Billing. Cancellation schedules the subscription to stop renewing at the end of the current paid period; paid features generally remain available until that period ends. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund.

If the cancellation control is unavailable, contact support.mailweave@gmail.com and include the account email and subscription details.

Event packs and usage

Event packs add event credits to an eligible active paid workspace. Event packs are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew. Credits are consumed as events are processed and are not refundable once used.

Unused credits do not have a cash value and are not refundable, except for billing or technical errors or where required by applicable law. If a billing problem affected your credit balance, include the transaction reference and workspace name when contacting support.

How to request a refund

Email support.mailweave@gmail.com with:

  • The email address on your MailWeave account.
  • The Paddle transaction reference or receipt details.
  • The reason for the request and any relevant dates.

Review and response

We review requests individually, may ask for more information, and will tell you the outcome. Refund eligibility and processing can depend on Paddle’s Merchant of Record process, the payment method, and applicable law. We do not promise a fixed review or payment-processing timeframe.
